AIKIDO CLASSES

Training classes in Aikido taijutsu (body techniques) are conducted at the Ku-ring-gai Dojo on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Class times are listed below but students should arrive at least 15 minutes before to assist with preparing the Dojo, laying out and cleaning the mats and doing their own warm-up  preparation.

On Sunday, a weapons class is conducted outdoors, at the Robert Pymble Park, near the Pymble Railway Station. Bring a wooden jo and bokken for practice and meet near the tennis courts in the park.
